What is your showroom address and what are your opening hours?

Our showroom is located at Mirpur 10, Dhaka. We are open Saturday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and on Fridays from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM. You are always welcome to visit us, browse our collection in person, and make your purchase directly from the store.

Do you deliver all over Bangladesh? What are the delivery charges?

Yes, we provide nationwide home delivery (including Cash on Delivery) through Sundarban Courier and other reliable courier partners. The delivery charge inside Dhaka City is 80 BDT, and outside Dhaka City is 150 BDT. Please note that this base rate covers orders up to 1kg, and an additional charge of 20 TK applies per extra kg. Typically, orders are delivered within 2 to 4 business days.

Is there a risk of items breaking during transit, and what should I do if I receive a damaged product?

We understand that porcelain and ceramic items require extra care. To ensure maximum safety, we use multiple layers of premium bubble wrap and heavy-duty corrugated carton boxes for every package, making the risk of damage during transit virtually zero. However, we still guarantee 100% safe delivery. We kindly ask you to record a quick unboxing video while opening the parcel in front of the delivery agent. If you find any item broken or damaged, simply share that video with us via inbox or email within 24 hours, and we will send you a replacement absolutely free of charge.
